I have only had it for a month or so...but I really am loving being able to actually seeing the food that I have...had a chest freezer and I hated not being able to see the food at the bottom without emptying it...love the shelves on the door and the bin at the bottom...

I love that it is frost free and an upright freezer. I’m getting old so it’s hard to bend into a chest freezer. You can see everything at a glance. Lots of storage space in door too!

I've had for a few weeks now,, and everything is working perfectly. Love the size and the feature of a light that lets you know the freezer is working.

So far I am loving this freezer. It's the perfect size. I live alone, so the bigger ones are way to big and I didn't think the smaller ones would be big enough. I like to do some freezer meals and buy food when it is on sale. This freezer makes it possible with the extra freezer room.

Very happy with our 13 Cu. Ft. Frigidaire upright freezer. Fits very well in our utility room and provides twice the freezer space we had with a small chest freezer.

I reversed the door as prescribed in the owner's manual. It was an easy process. However, the door seal leaks on the hinge side, causing frost. After one night, the entire side of the unit had frost all over it. I chatted with customer service. They told me that I should have contacted a certified technician to reverse the door and it the seal would have worked.

This is a good freezer so far only had it a month but love the storage in the door really helps keep things organized really like the adjustable shelves the door alarm is very helpful if you have kids

Bought this 4-6 weeks ago. Depth of freezer is a big benefit as food got lost pr pushed to the back in the old freezer that was deeper. BEST FEATURE IS NO ICE BUILD up so we get to put more into the freezer.
