Nous sommes très satisfait de ce réfrigérateur! Il n'est pas bryuant, bien éclairé (j'aime bien la lumière à l'avant dans le congélateur!) et très spacieux. _x000D_ La température est bien réparti assez égale dans le frigo! Aucune glace qui se forme dans le fond du frigo. Très bonne achat! Je le recommande.

The fridge is a well-made and quality unit. Our dealer said that would would be happy with Frigidaire and we are. Everything works as it should and we hope the quality will be enduring...no reason to think it won't be!

I bought this at the end of November. We really like it, it does an amazing job of keeping things cold. Much better than my old fridge. The lights stopped working though so it’s difficult to see things inside.

J'ai acheté ce Frigidaire pour remplacer mon vieux que j'aimais beaucoup. Celui-ci est trop basique, pas de possibilité d'avoir des demi-tablettes, pas de compartiment pour le beurre et aucun accesoire. je ne sais plus comment placer mes choses, de plus les tablettes se courbent sous le poids de articles et ou chaudrons. Je dois repenser comment disposer les choses, les bacs de légumes pas assez long pour un céléri !! je n'ai pas encore enlevé les protections extérieures. Son seul + est que les aliments sont bien réfrigérés maintenant.

I love the simplicity of the refrigerator however they should’ve improve the quality of the materials. There is no cover for the top hinges when you reverse the door opening, its not a smudge proof like what they are claiming on it, material is very thin easy to get dents and it doesn’t even have a proper packaging when I picked it up at THE BRICKS what I meant of that is it doesn’t have a box it is only wrapped in plastic. Price is too high for this kind of quality and I bought a Frigidaire gallery.

I bought this fridge a month ago and so far I am very happy. It runs very quiet, keeps everything cold and the configuration which lets me find things easily. I especially love all the space on the door to hold large items.

We purchased this unit at the end of December 2024. It is fantastic! It is so much larger than our old frig. We love it! But the Frigidaire Customer Service personnel are pathetic! I wanted to check on my on-line order for two items. I called the Canadian Customer Service number, and was told that I had to contact the USA on-line order number. That lady told me I had to call the Canadian Customer Service Number. I did that .. for the second time ... and the man said I had to call the USA on-line order number. I told him "NO. I've done that and they sent me back to you. Now I want you to fix it." He fiddled and fooled around with his computer for a very long time (I could hear his fingers tapping on his keyboard) and finally he said he couldn't. I asked for his Supervisor and then he said that he was having trouble with his password. I told him to get me his Supervisor. He put me on hold and I was finally able to speak to a very courteous, and English-speaking, lady in the Phillippines. Ritchel not only was able to speak in English (as opposed to the two men who I spoke with at the Canadian number and could hardly speak English at all) but she expressed real concern for my dilemma. Not only was she able to see what I had ordered, but she was able to confirm that the two items were no longer available online. She checked for replacement items and arranged to hace them shipped to me. I hope to see the two items arrive soon ... I had been waiting since December 28th for the original two items with no notification of any kind from frigidaire.ca that the order could not be filled. Ritchel in the Phillippines deserves a very strong commendation. Her English is absolutely perfect, she empathized fully with my issues, and she was able to resolve the issues. Thank goodness for Ritchel. :-) :-)
