This is our second laundry centre of this type. The one we had 10 years ago was nice and quiet. For some reason, this set does some kind of thumping sound when it’s preparing to wash and also does the same type of thumping sound when it’s endlessly “spinning”. It’s annoying, and hopefully the others in our condo don’t have to listen to it. Other than that, it does the job. Due to the size of our laundry room we had no choice but to purchase this type. We wouldn’t purchase this set again.

We have had this dual machine for a month now and am very happy with our purchase. The size is great! At first I thought it might be too small but it fits our needs and works great. We have a small space and we were able to attach the hoses and vent and all is good!

Fits nicely into a compact area. Works well. A bit noisier than the front load we had before but not bad. Clothes all come out clean and dry. What more do you want?

Unfortunately the dryer has not functioned since we bought and installed it. I’ve gone through the process and warranty and waiting for repairs but this has been a month now without it. The washer works great no problem there. I love the look and size of the center and the console is positioned perfectly for my elderly mother to reach. She just has wet clothes. All of my appliances are Frigidaire and have never had an issue so not sure if this is anomaly.
