5 Really nice features

Replaced my 30 year old range with this Samsung. Compared to other brands, the oven was so much roomier for large needs. Wasn't crazy about the griddle that came with it. But, tried it out and love it. Roasts and bakes wonderfully. Control panel once figured out is really nice. Like the fact that on WI fi if I'm doing something else in the house, the timer can let me know when it's up through my smart watch or phone. Still trying out the other features. So far, so great!

1 Will not honor warranty

i recently contacted support to help with the issue of peeling on the bottom of the inside of my gas range. a sugary syrup dripped on the bottom of the oven while i was baking a coffee cake. i ran a self-clean cycle and when i wiped out the residue, the bottom of the oven peeled. i contacted samsung to request that a replacement part be sent. they insisted a technician come out. the technician called technical support to ask if he could replace the plate that was peeling. they said they would not cover it because the cake caused the damage. since this occurred under normal baking conditions, i do not feel like the damage should have occurred and since it did, that it should be covered under warranty

we purchased this range through on dec. 1st, 2020 and finally received and installed the oven in our home on april10th ,2021. We moved into our new home in September 2021 and started using the stove on a daily basis at that time. on January 25th of 2022 the oven completely stopped working. Samsung did not stand behind this product. Communication was difficult and only by text. They said the oven could not be repaired and we would be compensated. Only to have someone text call us back and say it was out of warranty.

1 Not living up to expectations

a beautiful looking oven with many cool features. unfortunately, the oven never worked well and then broke within 6 months. the oven was unable to maintain heat while cooking. i was told that it loses heat when the door is opened, but it was clear that it loses heat even with the door closed. then the broiler feature gave out with a loud zipping noise. samsung customer service has not lived up to my expectations either. this is taking months to resolve, they keep cancelling my ticket and telling me that i have not submitted the required documentation for my refund. i am very disappointed and frustrated.

1 A Teplacement functional stove

we were very excited to get our new stove, but that excitement really turnd to disappointment right away. the oven would not work. when turned on it would only preheat to 175° we called samsung and a tech directed us through a bit of troubleshooting with no goid results. they then tols us that they will schedule a repair tech. a few days later we were infirmed that they could not find a service tech for our area. we wanted a refund but they sad that will not happen my wife suggested that they send us replacement stove . they agreed and its been about ten days and we still do not have a stove. this stove was purchased at a nearby lowes that features many samsung products. why would tgey sell samsung knowing there are no service companies in this area. nit very happy customers……

2 CONSTANT OVEN TEMPERATURE

i bake, a lot, and the oven does not keep a constant temperature, it goes above and then drops below the "set" temperature. a service technician came out and "calibrated" the oven and told me that the number that i set my oven to and then displayed after it preheats is "an average" that the fluctuation is how the oven is designed. i need an oven to stay at the set temperature. egg whites, leveling and sensitive recipes need a constant temperature. i have never heard of an "average" temperature. this is not in writing so that a consumer can learn this bit if information prior to purchasing.
