our oven was purchased while we built our house (bought early due to worry of availability later d/t covid supply issues). it was installed when the home was complete, but started having issues within 5 months. the oven light flickered and then stopped working. the oven took forever to reach temp and loses heat extremely quick. we could not use the broiler as it would cause a error code stating an extreme increase in temp was detected (as if broiling wouldn't have a temp increase???). the oven now has a electrical issue and trips the breaker every time we try to use it. because the date of purchase is over a year we are out of luck. this oven is not a quality product!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

got it on sale. so worth every dollar spent! samsung products are great! the 18k btu burner is great especially for searing steaks!! making soup or bowling water is a so fast and easy. middle griddle is hardly used but its a great addition. the smart features are amazing for baking. my wife is a pastry chef and she used the oven for her business and our house warming and this range delivered! proofing for bread a++ air frying a++ love it!

I am very happy with our new oven. The air-fryer tray, while not exactly as good as an actual air fryer, is pretty darn amazing. The only thing that I would change is the wifi--it disconnected almost immediately and it's just too much trouble to move the whole range out to get to the back and reset it.

I have had this range for a few months now and have made just about everything both in the oven and with the stove. I love that it syncs up with my Google Home and all the features it has. It heats up quickly and cooks food perfectly.

A gas valve started leaking 2 months after we got it and had to wait a week for someone to “fix” it. Now it cant go on low with out blowing out and gas just coming out
