2 Washes fine but slowly breaking fan is a joke

ok. it washes fine but the fan has now broken twice. its oud and unbearable. samsung customer service is ok but it was a chore to get someone out here. now out of warranty (because of purchase date not delivery date) so i'll do it myself. so the fan broke twice its a known issue and nothing is done to fix this dollar part. second the adjuster on the bottom slowly has failed making the unit not level. we have resorted to putting small pieces of wood under it until we can find a better fix. just a giant pain wish we never bought these appliances. the microwave broke too and i ended up getting a refund after months. they did not have the part and gave me the run around for almost 5 months. we purchased a different unit.

1 Very Low Quality. Not worth to buy.

very low quality product after some time plastic tub will start melt down and start leaking. very big cracks start showing up looks. they used very low quality plastic. samsung is not ready to honor their warranty. they are asking me to pay up front for repair without diagnosis . this is just throwing your money on road.

5 Great value, superb clean, quite quiet!

Old dishwasher finally failed (heating coil) and I needed to get a replacement installed fast. Very happy with my purchase. Found this dishwasher at my local Best Buy outlet. Decided to give it a try based on reviews online. The professional review I read suggested this dishwasher is prone to "re-deposit" where food/detergent is left on the dishes when cycle completes. However, I have yet to experience this myself. For the $, this is a value & cleans exceptionally well! Pros: • Quiet: There are lower dB dishwashers on the market. However, sound quickly fades into the background. • Cycles available: 1hr, auto, normal, heavy along with time-delay, heated wash/dry, & sanitize. All options needed to complete your cleaning. 3 cleaning arms + pump pressure do a great job blasting away stuck on food. • Convenience: Top rack is quickly repositioned. Rinse aid reservoir has a snap-door versus a cap. Ease of removing the filter insert, perforated screen, & mesh filter. Not something commonly thought of or a frequent task. However, a great benefit to remove dog hair, debris, etc. to ensure performance & long dishwasher life. Opportunities: • Racks are a slightly over-designed/don't readily accommodate awkward items. Decided to remove the wine-glass supports to afford more room on the top rack. The rod/supports on the lower rack are at an angle on one-half; great for plates, somewhat of an obstacle for glass bowels (Pyrex). • Heated dry. Dries the items on the bottom rack well. Top rack drying is marginal & plastic items are left with residual water. Again, for the $, not a deal breaker. If you rely on heated dry, please take this into consideration.

1 Unbareable noise, horrible drying

we have had this unit for less than 6 months and it has never dried properly (i have to hand dry items) and when on the drying cycle it has this horrendous buzzing sound that would make anyone go crazy. it has never work well. i would avoid if you can.

2 Cascade sample broke the detergent cup

the dishwasher detergent cup is feeble. it broke 6 months into use. my dishwasher came with cascade platinum detergent, but i was told after the detergent cup door broke, that you should not use this product. the tab that opens the rinse aid compartment snapped off. it was very thin and brittle after6 months of use.

5 Best Value for Stainless Dishwasher

Stainless dishwasher for a great price. The stainless does collect water spots pretty easily, but most stainless does, especially with hard water. I like the look and performance otherwise.

4 It Actually Works!

i’ll be honest.. it acutally works!- well, the cleaning works. unlike most others, mine actually cleans and isn’t annoyingly loud!! but.., after day 9- the wonderful sound it makes when i turn it on, or selecting the desired wash function and the musical melody it plays when its done— doesn’t. none of the sounds work. i’ve looked up everything i can think of and havent found an answer. ive been procrastinating on leaving a review like this because maybe i was hopeful it would pull through and eventually work out its issue. but nope. does anyone at all have any idea how to fix this???? recommend this- yes. but, just wish the one thing that got on my nerves.. something so insignificant , wasnt an actual issue. i have spoken.
