I bought this 1 month ago and it worked for 3 washes. Took 3 weeks and an ungodly amount of time on the phone for Samsung to repair it. Hopefully it won't break again any time soon.

using it since 2.5 years, troubled me 4 times till now.13th month, started leaking small drops of water onto the floor. later, started leaking heavy and damaging my floor. called the customer support and they said, it's out of warranty. raised claim with home warranty insurance. technician fixed. worked for 2 months n started leaking again. later stopped drying the dishes. again home warranty fixed. now, again it is leaking and i have a new problem: the normal light is keep blinking even though i tried to power-off, it's not allowing. when i searched over the internet, some people suggested, it is a signal for leak backside or under. god know what is the problem with this dish washer !!! great job samsung !!! u guys are able to sell such a crap dish washer dw80r2031us 2019 model.

delivered almost 3 months ago, professionally installed. noticed after installers left underside brackets to countertop were cut leaving very sharp edges so i have not used, will have dishwasher reinstalled eliminating sharp metal edges. dishawasher has been left cracked open.. i notice there are a bunch of small rust spots all over the inside of the dishwasher door, why/how if not been used. i purchased the entire kitchen appliance package, stainless steel smudge proof. not smudge proof and different type of stainless steel, does not match the rest of the appliances. i have samsung washer & dryer, 2-55" samsung tv's and entire kitchen of samsung appliances. so incredibly dissapointed in this dishwasher rusting and hasnt even been used :-(

Dishwasher broke within 2 weeks of light usage. Samsung had to send out a contracted technician four times and it still wouldn't last. (Multiple reasons were a faulty board, new parts arriving damaged, etc). I even had to call a private electrician which was an extra expense. Samsung couldn't replace the product because it was "out of stock" in their replacement inventory. I settled for a check refund. It has been nearly 4 months and I am still waiting for my refund. Meanwhile I am stuck with a broken dishwasher that Samsung will not dispose for me. I regret ever purchasing this. I am never buying a Samsung appliance ever again.

do not buy! i had problems with this machine from the start. the sensors were always wacky, the sensors thought the machine was still running when it wasn't; water would backup after a wash and never fully drained; i've had to "reset" the codes several times to get the lights to stop beeping and to turn off. this was all frustrating but i was able to work around it, and the machine still did what it was supposed to and cleaned my dishes. finally after less than 3 years the machine broke and started leaking everywhere. determined the pump-circulation broke, causing the leak. no help from the manufacturer because the warranty is only good for 1 year. i'm cutting my losses and buying a different brand.

I bought this dishwasher for my new home and so far it's been very efficient. Surprisingly the firs time a dishwasher cleans the whole surface. Very happy with my purchase
