Looks great and worked great. Right after warranty got over, one of the knobs stopped working and the valve was bent. Longevity on this appliance is very questionable.

It looks good but quality is very poor. Do not go on look. I just bought it 2 years ago and all knobs are broke and to replace the knob will cost you almost brand new cooktop. Plus they say smart connectivity but it didn't connect though bluetooth.

We built a brand new home and chose Samsung for all our appliances, in black stainless steel. This cooktop is amazing - cooks in a fraction of time and very easy to use. I especially love the blue lights when the burner is lighting. Did I mention how BEAUTIFUL it looks in the kitchen!

I bought this cook top over a year ago and the cast iron griddle surface is developing bubbles on the surface and chipping off. Leaving indented circles of silver crumbling spots. I have contacted Samsung and talked to a supervisor Miguel Ramos 435666 and he say too bad it's out of warranty. This can not be the only griddle that is having this forging problem. I will not buy another Samsung product if this is the way you are treated. The cost of a new one on their site is $196+ tax

Love this, it looks great and it cooks very evenly. love the knob blue backlights as it is easy to see if it is on. Connects to my smart things app and can wirelessly connect to our matching hood. Looks great and cooks great!

Bought it 3 months ago. Had to cut granite for it to fit, however Samsung partially refunded the cost by $100. Cooks evenly and center cooker heats up incredibly hot. Love the blue lights on the dials really looks premium.

we have had 4 visits and multiple text and phone conversations trying to get hood in microwave mc17t8000cg to connect bluetooth with cooktop na36n7755tg. now, the contract service center tells me these two models do not connect bluetooth and i nerd to purchase a different hood. say what!
