This dishwasher does not clean well. I have one dirty cup/plate/bowl from every 2 washes. Then it stopped working after 4 months of moderate use. Repair is going to take 19 days, which means 10 hours of hand washing and extra money to eat at restaurants to avoid using too many dishes.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I really love this dishwasher. It is so quiet that I don't even know it's on. It cleans the dishes very well and is easy to use

The dishwasher developed a leak when it was only 6 months old. Samsung Warranty could not fix it.

We love how clean the dishes get and how the silverware loads. The dishes come out dry on the regular settings.

Well, the dishwasher seemed like it was great, until the 1 year mark(when the warranty ends). I have had nothing but issues with the linear wash parts. The motor itself, when cross referenced is actually microwave turn table motor and is just no robust enough to run for 3+ hours during a wash cycle. The motor failed, burnt up the circuit board, and all Samsung would do for me is provide a place I could call to have someone come service it. AND THEN IF AND ONLY IF that person deemed it to be linear wash parts that failed, then the warranty would apply to those parts. There was no help from Samsung. I have no one local that is authorized to do the work, and the closest repair place had HORRIBLE reviews. If I could go back and pick a different washer, I would!

This was my first dishwasher and I don’t know how I ever lived without one ! I did a lot of research on what I have to have and what are extras and Samsung did not disappoint. The 39 decibels coming from this machine is a whisper even when the house is quiet not to mention if the we have music or a conversation going you can’t tell it’s on. This was important to me because I have a small kitchen and did not want to have to talk over it. Had it installed in late March and have loved it since.

The best thing about this dishwasher is not knowing it’s on. It looks great and it extremely quiet.

Excellent, excellent dishwasher.... the very best I've ever had! Whisper quiet and gets everything off the dishes the first time, even oxidation left by other dishwashers!

This is as silent as you want in dishwasher. Having the time remaining projected to the front of the unit is just smart. And more important is that it is deficient. cleans great and no conventional dryer elements... this does not cook your plastics like an oven.

Fantastic dishwasher. Cleans very well and hardly hear it running. I think it saves water too. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommended.
