This dishwasher replaced a 15 year old Bosch, which was very good in its time, but was getting very loud and stopped drying dishes. Delivery was quick. I installed the dishwasher in no time at all with the included hardware. Ran several test washes and the first real was with dishes and this thing is so quiet. I had to put my ear right next to it to hear anything. So far the dishes are coming out very clean and dry. No complaints after about 3 weeks of use. Easy to connect to the Samsung app and control it there. Kinda handy. The only thing I will note, this model pops the door open at the end of the cycle to finish drying and provides a screen protector like film to put under the countertop to stop moisture from damaging the wood. This film would not stick to our underside countertop. We ended up applying several layers of polyurethane and letting it dry before installing. So far no water has appeared to soak into the countertop. Will update this review if anything changes.

If I could I would give this dishwasher zero stars from start to finish. What a joke this is along with Samsung even attempting to fix it. My unit is less than a year old and it has been serviced 5 times!! Still not fixed!! Really Samsung! Its called a lemon - deal with it and replace it! I have lost time from work so I can be there for the technician to service it. And its not the technicians fault it is the fact you have a faulty unit and you either need to replace it or give me my full refund back. And I don't want to deal with your customer service line hoping I can talk with a real person. I have been without a dishwasher for a month. I have lost money because I had to leave early from work to be there when the technician is trying to repair it, Samsung - you need real people for customer service not some random texting session. And you also need to make products you stand by. I will never buy a Samsung product again!!!!

I purchased two months ago and within t3 weeks had a leak, which made it unusable. Was informed by company who installed and guaranteed it they don't know what's wrong and are ordering numerous parts in an attempt to fix it. It's been four weeks and we still haven't heard back from them. Now we are having issues with the timer on our Samsung microwave and are awaiting the repair company (Caprita). Didn't want a Samsung do to previous issues with Samsung but Samsung was only Company our builder was offering. Other than Samsung TV's I would never purchase another Samsung appliance. They just don't last. Usually break right after warranty expires. This time didn't even make two months.

I wished that I had bought this Samsung Linear Wash dishwasher sooner because it cleans everything to a sparkle. Large capacity, super quiet (so quiet that I don't even notice when it's running), everything comes out super clean. And it's probably the best looking dishwasher on the market. Love it!

Great dishwasher. Very quiet, and does a fantastic job of cleaning even the dirtiest dishes. Nice configurable rack settings as well.

Had this installed 2 months ago. The 1st thing to happen was the upper dish/glass rack would fall down - literally off the arms that hold it up! So we had Samsung repair out. They replaced one of the arms that holds the upper rack. However, it is still an issue and we need to be VERY sure when we pull out the upper rack that the side rails are attached to the arm. ALL THE TIME. Secondly, I am really unhappy with the drying of the dishes on a normal wash. After a normal wash, the door pops open (supposedly for maximum drying), but dishes/silverware are still wet. I have many Samsung products (TV, laptops, phones, etc), but I can say I am not happy with this purchase.
