Soap dispenser tray is very difficult to remove and reinsert. Other then that machine is fine.

Been using this washer about a month, low water consumption, great 20 minute cycle and spins the clothes nearly dry. Great machine, recommend to anyone looking for a front loader.

Washer always out balance. Repair man could not find anything wrong. Soap dispenser very difficult to remove and install.

I bought this washer and a dryer for a stackable scenario in an upstairs bathroom. It has worked out great. The washer works better than any washer we have ever had. It's not the top of the line electrolux but it is everything we need. This is not my first electrolux purchase. Their reliability and dependability are 2nd to none.

I welcomed myself into the world of HE washers. I went from an old Roper (lasted over 20 years) to this HE washer. It made a world of difference in cleaning and preserving my clothes. The washer is very quiet and gets the job done. Of course there are differences and people need to adapt to them. I believe Electrolux is the American standard.

This washer arrived at my house defective. The bearings are loose, so it makes a loud pounding sound with every spin cycle. The entire washing machine has moved 6-7 inches from the wall. Electrolux was notified right away. They insist on repairing the machine. The technician told us it will keep happening and we should demand our money back or a new machine. Very displeased and unsatisfied with Electrolux because they refused to replace the washing machine. DO NOT BUY

This is definitely the best washer I've had so far. It seems very efficient. We have been able to wash large loads just fine. The timer is helpful. We got the matching pair with the dryer and overall very happy. The machines are on larger side, so be sure to measure for your space.

Shorter cycles, good cleaning, flexible load sizes. However, the spin doesn't seem to remove as water. The machine dances across the floor as it spins on all size loads - small ones and full ones. We selected this based on ratings and are a bit disappointed.

This washer is wonderful, I wasnt sure about a front load bc ive only had top loaders but wow it cleans so much better, uses less water and energy. The only thing im not fond of is trying to remove the detergent drawer to clean it, cant seem to figure that out. Its prob in the instructions. Otherwise very happy with purchase, would recommend.

This washer is great. A lot quieter than my 18 year old washer. My homemade quilts need gentle care and room to get clean. This washer does both. The reversible door is another great option. The installer changed that for me. My son looked up reviews and ratings of Electrolux washers, he was impressed.
