We are 1 week post-delivery & have tried out several of the features and am pleased! I am familiar w/ front loaders & did homework to read (hundreds!) of reviews to understand the experiences of other users prior to purchase. I suggest the process of review input should be timed 3-6 months post-purchase so your company actually gathers data that is informed by time/use.

My 12 year old LG died and I was in need of a washer, our local appliance dealer had a few to choose from so after comparing what he had I chose the Electrolux. It washes well, not overly loud and the cycles are quite accurate for what you are washing.
