1 Bad bearings from Day 1! DON’t BUY!!!

Terrible washer- bearings were bad from day one. Washing machine makes loud, booming noise on spin cycle._x000D_ Electrolux wants to replace the bearings and will not replace the washing machine. We expect the bearings to go bad just after the warranty has ended! Terrible customer service!

1 Review of New Electrolux front load washer

Very happy with product...even better performing than our prior washer purchased about 10 years ago; also a front load Electrolux.

Washing machine is easy to use and very quiet. Spin cycle leaves clothes almost dry.

4 Impressed with Quality and ease of use

Replaced a 20 year old front load frigidaire. Engineering has come a long way with the quality of the door seal, the door hinges and closing mechanism. The washer does vibrate harshly mid cycle but is fast and silent in the spin cycle.

5 Best washing machine value

Affordably priced reliability is what I looked for; this machine also delivered versatility to handle large loads, quick freshen-up cycles and everything in between. I am impressed.

5 Replaced a 2 year old Maytag.

When we moved, our new house came with a 2 year old Maytag. We were very hesitant to leave our older Electrolux with our old house since it had been so dependable and did such a good job washing. Within a few weeks we realized that the 2 year old Maytag wasn’t nearly the washer that our old Electrolux was. We ended up buying a new Electrolux and having them haul off the Maytag. Next time we move, if the new house doesn’t come with an Electrolux, then we are taking ours with us.

4 So far, so good

So far, machine is operating as advertised. I would like to give it 5 stars, but haven't owned it long enough, (a few weeks).

4 Decent appliance for home use

So far, so good. Longevity is the real test here, though. We've had this for about 2 months now and seems to be fine. We had purchased antoerh Electrolux model about two years ago and we were disappointed that it only lasted two years. We had to go with another Electrolux because we have them stacked and the dryer had to sit on top of this new one, too.
