We got our new Electrolux front load washer about a month ago and have been super happy with how easy it is to use, how efficiently it cleans our clothes, and how quiet the machine is. _x000D_ _x000D_ Great job Electrolux!

Love how clean my clothes come out of this washer and I don't use any fancy laundry detergent. I always wash with cold water and on a 30 minute quick wash my items come out as clean as if they were washed for one hour. The fast spin literally almost dries the laundry which also saves on dryer energy. These machines can be stacked for convenience which is how I installed them and they take up alot less space this way!

I bought the machine 1 month ago. Starting from the very first load I washed the fabric softener did not dispense. Looking at online reviews I see that this is a very common complaint.. After several loads the softener was still in the dispenser drawer. I eventually had to pull out the drawer, which is made from very flimsy plastic and I was afraid would fall apart, and wash out the softener. I haven’t tried the bleach dispenser yet. Electrolux you must know by now this is a serious design flaw and should not be selling this machine as is!

Unfortunately this washing machine feels like it has a mind of its own if it wants to work or not.. Sometimes the load will run fine as requested but on multiple occasions it decides to stop mid cycle leaving the drum full of water, will not drain, will not spin clothes. I had a techniciain come and look at the machine only to state that my house plumbing is the issue (which is Not the case after having a plumber come, just in case). I will Not be recommending this product and will be returnin.g.

I love that it doesn't have all the bells and whistles as my previous samsung steam did. It is simple for users and has the settings that real people only use.

I bought a washer one month ago...from Costco and somehow it didn't work...within a week it was replaced and it works very well...I am very happy with the product.
