I am happy that I decided to buy this machine even though some of the reviews I read was not good . But I can tell you that I made the right decision and trusted Electrolux. I highly recommended . Thank you

I bought Electrolux washer and dryer 1 week ago. Washer model ELFW7337AW0. Dryer model ELFE733CAW0 both made in Mexico. Both machines are bought in Costco with 2 year warranty._x000D_ My problem is the same like from "Do better" Coquitlam BC": Starting from the very first load I washed, the fabric softener did not dispense. Looking at online reviews I see that this is a very common complaint.. After several loads the softener was still in the dispenser drawer"._x000D_ Did complain to Costco and they sent me to complain directly to Electrolux. I did that and was told that somebody will call me a day or two later. I was told that warranty repair for their appliances is doing their outside contractor named Trans Global Service (1-888-930-6396). A day later I was called and was told that service technician will visit my area of Calgary in May and he can come to my place on May 08 (in two and half weeks)_x000D_ So, I will enjoy the peace of mind that Electrolux can guaranty with best possible protection.

We've been using this washer for over 2 months and it has been working flawlessly. _x000D_ This is our first front loader and we're quite happy with our purchase._x000D_ The washer is very easy to use. The user interface is well designed._x000D_ The capacity is adequate for a family of 4 with 2 young children. _x000D_ The machine is relatively quiet and well balanced. No shaking at low and high speed. It only shakes a bit when the motor slows downs after running at high speed. _x000D_ The clothes are much cleaner compared to our old top load and they are also dryer._x000D_ Time will tell regarding the long term reliability of this washer but so far my only concerns are (1) The hinge mechanism that holds the door. When we close the door, we have to lift the door by a few mm to lock it in place, this may normal or an issue with our unit. and (2) the lack of lint/coin trap. _x000D_ That's all we have to report..

Purchased this machine a couple months ago and as we are on septic system for our sewer I am very happy with performance with much less water use than my old machine.

We have only used the washer and dryer about 8 times in the last 2 weeks (since we purchased them) and are pleased with them so far.

We purchased a month ago and I’m still not used to the settings. I wish Ii had more control over the Temp/soil & spin settings. I’ve been using tide pods and cannot choose a warn temp on the fast wash so they dissolve. I don’t use liquid fabric softener and cannot figure out why there is always water left in the fabric dispenser. This will lead to mold problems I’m sure.

Easy to program your preferred wash cycle. It replaced a front load machine and seems even more efficient, using less water. It's very smooth running and quiet. I like the time countdown display so I know when a load will be done.

This is the first time I have purchased and Electrolux appliance and like all the features on it and find that it runs really nice and quiet.
