Our son purchased an Electrolux washer and dryer six years ago. It has been trouble free. Reviews back then were very positive and still today rating Electrolux as a "best buy" for reliability. His units are nearly the same in form and function. IFIT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT!

I love my new washer! It is loaded with features that I find very useful, and so it gets used just about every day. I found the installation instructions detailed enough that I was comfortable throughout the install, including reversing the door opening direction._x000D_ In operation, I find the sound level to be very acceptable and quiet._x000D_ The high reviews and clear warranty persuaded me to switch to this brand after many years of loyalty to a different manufacturer and multiple machines.

This is a great washing machine! Our clothes come out cleaner and dryer than our previous 2 machines. This is our first Electrolux and we are very happy with it. Will be upgrading the dryer to an Electrolux once our current dryer dies.

Bought the washer and matching dryer. Very nice features. Love the Smart Boast and digital control panels. We had to reverse both doors on each appliance. It is a good thing my husband is a Master electrician because this was very complicated and not a job for a novice. The dryer had a dent in it when delivered. We got the titanium models which is more of a painted coat.. Ended up scratching the top of washer with a clothes basket. So don't set anything besides clothes on your washer top if you want to keep it pristine. See photo. So those are reasons for a 4 not 5.

Good investment in the newest clean/steam/sanitize washer technology._x000D_ Attractive unit, can be upgraded with pedestal for easier access. Front load washer that seems to do the wash perfectly

I love this machine! Its stain removal capability is top notch! Love the easy to use dispensers and the fact that it is designed specifically for PODS. But I cannot emphasize enough the stain removal cycles and process. The best!

We purchased this model as a replacement for the same model that worked well for eight years. Initially the washer groaned but eventually the groaning stopped. Our supplier or the delivery service required us to purchase the base even though we already had a base from the previous model. Base delivered came without inside dividers that allow arranging storage. Contacted Electrolux customer service and they will provide missing dividers but will not ship to Hawaii. Had to give a mainland friend's address for delivery.
