I was reluctant to purchase a front loader set but after having it I am glad I decided to purchase Electrolux instead. I like how quiet it is how clean my clothes are. I am still learning how to work it if the do’s and don’t, but overall I love it.

We have a very small closet, but the Electrolux pair fit perfectly. Washer does a great job cleaning small to large loads. I like the 15 minute cycle if I’m in a pinch and need something fast. The timer is accurate on how long loads take. Clothes come out very wrung out for hanging or to place in the dryer. The stopper to make sure the door doesn’t close all the way to allow inside of drum to dry is really nice. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend.

We really like being able to do a quick wash in 15 minutes but it would be convenient to be able to increase the “soil level” to normal when doing a quick wash or to change the “spin level” from “Max”. We have also put in about 4-5 loads of wash and started the machine only to come back later only to find it had not washed. We aren’t aware of having “bumped” the controls at those times but have inadvertently” bumped” them at other times either turning the machine on or off. If there was a means of making the controls not so sensitive that would be helpful.

My dog became incontinent, and I really needed a strong washer. Right away, my old washer broke, leaking water all over the floor. I researched to find a reliable washer that cleaned well and decided on Electrolux. It cleans and sanitizes, and I am amazed at how clean it leaves the clothes!

I love this washer. It does a great job on clothes, bedding, and towels. And when I take the laundry out, it's ready for the dryer (as opposed to the top loader washer I had previously that left my clothes with weird streaks).

I had nine worry-free years out of my last Electrolux washing machine, and it was used several times daily by everyone in the household. When it finally gave up the ghost, I immediately replaced it the very same day with a model that worked on my existing pedestal. New model came in the same color, so was very compatible with my existing dryer. I love the ease of use and the many features that Electrolux has on its washers. I specifically looked for an Electrolux to replace my old washer.

Have had really good service from the washer/dryer - after hearing so many others complain about other brands, it was an easy decision to go with Electrolux again.
