This unit replaced my LG washing machine. It is definitely not as quiet as the LG. However, I like the that I don't have to syphon water out of the machine every few weeks. Also, the door seal seems to be improved over my old LG. We shall see how it performs into the future.

We did a remodel of our kitchen and downstairs laundry room. We purchased the above washer and have used it now for two years without any issue at all. We are dog breeders, so lots of things to wash for puppies. I particularly wanted a washer and dryer that would be able to handle my dog beds. This one handles them with ease and they come out extremely clean. You will be very happy with this brand as their products are made to work hard and last a long time.

Please do your homework. The washer has no filter and especially if you have pets it will create issues with pet hair being stuck. I bought the dryer only to find out that the lint filter has a design fault BUT I can replace it with the new version on my cost. I used to like their products, but customer service is not good and why should I pay for a design flaw.

This is our first experience with a front load washer and we never thought there would be a difference from a top load washer. Well, I'm amazed at how much cleaner the clothes seem. They're softer and the spin cycle is insane. It's like an airplane engine is in the machine. The clothes are almost dry when they come out. The only thing we are struggling with is the settings on this machine are less than we had on our 16 yr old GE Profile. We're still learning to program the machine for specific loads, but it's all working out.

I'm so happy with our new washer and dryer. Looks great in titanium grey and does a wonderful job getting our clothes clean
