I love my new washer and hadn't set out to buy the Electrolux brand originally. But after shopping around the style, quality and reputation won me over!

My brother told me that these were the best & he wasn’t lying!!!! Our clothes smell soooooo amazing!!!! Even our gym clothes don’t stink anymore!! I will NEVER use anything else!!!!!

Performance and quality is good. No easy access to drain filter/coin trap is a design failure, no matter how Electrolux spins it. comparable LG washers you open flap on front of washer, twist and pull out filter. 30 seconds. Add this to your offerings Electrolux. People want ii and don’t want to hear excuses or marketing speak saying it isn’t needed.

This washer is awesome I can put larger loads in which helps tremendously. It has so many different functions and the machine is nice and quieter than my other washing machine.

This is a great washing machine, we have no complaints so far. Nice and quiet and so many options. Can’t speak highly enough of the quality of this machine._x000D_ _x000D_ We did have an issue with our delivery. At first, delivery was pushed off twice which, while annoying, we understood due to Tropical Storm Debby. The delivery guys were personable and polite. The issue began when we ran the first cycle. Once it hit the spin cycle, the machine started jumping around slamming the wall and the dryer. I lowered the speed and it did the same thing. I checked if it was level and it was. _x000D_ Had a technician come to check it out. Found out that when it was delivered and installed, the bolts were not removed to free the tubs. The technician said we were lucky it didn’t crack the tub and cause a water leak._x000D_ _x000D_ So in short, we love the machine so far, but the delivery guys that were contracted needs to ensure these are removed in the future.

This washer is snagging and ruining our clothes, even on the delicate cycle. The vanes inside the drum have been replaced twice by service technicians and it hasn’t resolved the issue. This is a design flaw, in that the vanes on this machine have holes in them and are sucking in clothing on the spin cycle and ultimately damaging them to the point they are unwearable (see photos). Our 14 year old Electrolux washer had smooth vanes and never did this. It was a great machine and that’s why we chose to replace it with another Electrolux. I’m regretting that decision now and will not recommend Electrolux to friends and family. Buyer beware.
