This pair replace old 15 yr. Electrolux set that was dying. Didn't realize how the old set was so outdated. Heating element in dryer went out and mildew was becoming hard to remove from washer tub seal (even though I dried it after use). Still learning the new model's ropes and calculating drying times. A couple of things. Wish the washer tub had a light switch (older model did) and the end of cycle chimes are very soft.

After shopping around once I decided to get the Electrolux washer and dryer, I decided to buy direct from Electrolux and I am glad that I did: great ordering experience, communication, delivery service, price, lead time (shorter than retail stores) and rebate offer. As long as the product lives up to reviews read, I am happy with the decision made!

Easy to use with lots of settings. Washes well and big enough for a family of 5 and all their dirties.

Electrolux washer/dryer was highly recommended by a family member and I was skeptical however I love my washer. My clothes come out smelling clean: it is very quiet, and it has the rinse and drain feature. I too highly recommend this washer

I purchased this washing machine from a major appliance store six weeks ago. I had done my due diligence and chose this washer and dryer out of a myriad of available brands. After doing about 4 loads of washing in the first two weeks, I noticed the washer was dispensing soap sporadically. It was making some strange noises during various cycles, not described in the instructions; the door latch was loose and would not lock with every load. I reached out to major appliance company and they told me this machine is no longer under their purview, I would have to contact Electrolux, which I did. Electrolux sent a repair company. The tech ran a diagnostic test and said there is nothing wrong with the machine. The problem persisted and I went through the same route again. The tech then identified 6 different parts that now have to be replaced in this brand new machine!! The parts can take from 8-10 weeks or longer to arrive, if available, I was told by the repair company, almost an additional 3 months!! Subsequently, I have tried talking to Electrolux to replace this machine to no avail! I have tried talking to the customer service at the major appliance store to replace this machine to no avail. I have a brand new lemon of a washing machine which I am now stuck with!! I cannot believe neither company will agree to replace this machine given the warranty is one year and I have only had it for less than 2 months!! I do not want a refund. I just want a replacement.
