I love my new washer, it is the top of the line in brands , its easy to use , love the cup that comes out to dispense the detergent in it , its large enough for all my quilts , I had been looking at this washer for a while, everytime I went in Lowe's I had to go look at it, then one day the put it on sale and I had to bring it home , I just love it , my grandmother always told me , buy the good stuff the first time and you don't have to keep replacing it .

Nice looking unit, we went with the metallic gray color and up on a pedestal. It’s very easily accessible. The controls are intuitive and the machine is very efficient.

Our washer dryer gets a lot of use in our home. In average at least a few loads a day. It is quiet, efficient and durable. Highly recommend this brand. The steam feature is amazing and gets wrinkles out of clothes quickly. Especially helpful when you are in a rush or forget to empty from the dryer.

I bought the gray titanium washer and matching gas dryer. My 11 year old Maytag set was still working well, but I figured I would upgrade before they starting having any issues. The washer water temps seems to only get hot on the sanitize setting. The warm and hot temp water temp selections is cool at best. The washer is definitely nice looking and the pedestals are a must. So much room for products in the pedestal drawers and less bending over is a win/win. When this spins it is extremely fast, even on low spin it is super powerful and tends to wrinkle and rough up the clothes a bit more than I like. The washer is very quiet with the exception of the final spin that is loud and I can feel my kitchen tile floor vibrate. The detergent dispensers are a bit flimsy and difficult to pull out to drain water after the load finishes. I only use a tablespoon of liquid detergent, and I still think it doesn’t rinse all the detergent out even with the pure rinse selected. Seems like there is still some residue left on my clothes. The washer seems to wash clothes pretty well so far. Some small grease stains remain, but I had the same issue with my former Maytag front load washer as well. The washer is easy to use and most loads take about an hour or so.if I can figure out why the warm and hot temp setting are coming out cool that would help. I’m going to raise the hot water heater temp, that might do the trick.. I will try and add a little less detergent and see if the clothes rinse cleaner. I don’t feel like one tablespoon of detergent is much detergent tho. I would like this washer even more if I could fix those two issues. Btw, don’t use the affresh tabs for the monthly tub cleaning. They just leave residue on everything in the machine. I had to scrub all that off. I’m going to try the bleach cleaning method next time. I usually use the low spin for all my loads now since all the spins are super powerful. I wish they had a gentle spin for delicates, but the only option is no spin which won’t help. I don’t think the optic wash cycle (so you don’t need to use bleach) works great. . I get better results with bleach. I was excited for that feature, but I didn’t get the results I hoped for. Overall this seems like a good washer so far, but I cannot comment on durability or lifespan since I’ve only had this for a month. I would love to see a bedding cycle on this, and a gentle spin going forward. I Hope this review helps others.

I bought this washing machine sight unseen in August 2022, on the recommendation of a high-end appliance store. We were in dire need of the largest capacity machine and were willing to pay top dollar for something that would be sure to last. We were given every assurance. Two years later it broke and was conveniently outside of the warranty period. We kept getting the E11 error code because the water inlet valve failed. Upon further inspection one out of the five small gaskets (at $35 apiece to replace) was installed incorrectly. The thing was misshapen from being shoved sideways during the original build and gradually started leaking, fouling the water inlet valve assembly until it would no longer bring in cold water. The matching dryer was no better. It broke after barely LESS than a year and nearly started a fire, but fortunately was within the warranty period. I'm disgusted that this unit is being marketed as high quality or luxury. It is poorly manufactured. It may look good on the outside, but the internal parts are weak and seem to be designed to break. Good for business, I suppose, or if you want to be replacing your high-end equipment every year or two.
