After 15 years, my whirlpool died. Almost bought another but not much in stock at the time I needed. Electrolux has always been high standard brand and it was in stock so I went for it. First off, this machine really cleans! I didn’t know what I was missing. I love all the features, so many but the 15 minute fast wash is pretty great for a couple items. We have had it a month and cleaned many different items, all have come out beautifully. Now for the things that irritate me… the pull out dispenser drawer does not slide out easily. Thought maybe it would be better over time but not yet. Some days I feels like it will break from pulling on it so hard. The machine is not quiet like I thought an Electrolux would be. Don’t get me wrong, the cleaning power and features far outweigh the noise and sticky drawer, but I am surprised at how loud it is.

Unfortunately our made in Germany Whirlpool Duet broke down after 20 years of amazing service._x000D_ We purchased an Electrolux which is an okay machine. We are hoping for a good 7-8 years of service but have been told that's unrealistic - maybe 6 years.

I’ve had this for a months now….went from a top load to this…definitely washes clothes better….very stable, does not budge….tone of the main reasons we bought this is because of the 15 min cycle….so far, so good

I bought this washer two months ago and we notice an issue of water leak from the door during the wash cycle. We also tried reducing the load but still the same issue._x000D_ Not happy with this.

Bought this three weeks ago. Like it very much. The washer door is supposed to stay open a crack when not in use. It swings WIDE open! Will not stay in place to open a little.
