We purchased this washer because our previous 3 year old washer wasn't cleaning our clothes properly AND because both of the sales people we talked to had this model in their home. What a difference from our other washer!

Have been using this machine for about a month and so far I have found it to be very efficient and easy to use with many different features that you can use in combination with the various cycles. The machine does not move when spinning and is relatively quiet. The clean washer cycle is also great for keeping the washer fresh.

I purchased this washer and dryer set a month ago after my Samsung washer went bust. The wash quality so far exceeds what I have experienced in almost all washers I have had.

The various settings and options are appreciated such as option to use liquid detergent or the pods. There are various modes that would match all your laundry needs towels/normal/delicate/work out clothing every possible option setting is available. Have purchased washer and steam dryer combo in February so far I am quite pleased

I love my washer and dryer set. It has every option I find beneficial to do my laundry._x000D_ Not only the practical side but it is a beautiful set to have in the laundry room.

So far this machine has exceeded my expectations. It is very quiet and easy to use. However, it is very sensitive to being level, and if it is out of level even slightly the machine makes strange noises and moves around a lot. Despite this I highly recommend this machine. It handles large load sizes with no difficulty and it also washes small loads easily as long as the correct cycle is chosen.
