Upgraded from our 11 year old Electrolux to these. Nice and quiet and they work great. Stain soak is a great feature.

I purchased my washer dryer a month ago. Was told by my appliance dealer that it was their most reliable brand. Very happy with the pair so far. Quite efficient for sensing wash load and time needed to effectively wash/dry. Very quiet compared to my previous LG washer and dryer. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

My sister had a set and she was very happy. We decided to go with her referral and we are happy we did. We are finding that very little fabric softener is needed, which is saving us money.

We bought this washer couple months ago. The first washer delivered leaked from the bottom of the washer. Company replaced washer. Now on this washer the door will not close you have to try numerous times for the latch to hold. So annoying,_x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ tried minor adjustments , works for a while then won't latch again. May have to contact someone about this. We were not shopping for this particular brand but were assured some of these features and the brand were what we needed. So far the washer does what it supposed to washes and spins the clothes. Will have to see what happens in the near future. The leakage, and now door latch issue are annoying to have with a new machine. Was going to give it one star but the rest of the machine does work.

So nice to have a great new washer at long last. I’m still learning all the features a month in, but appreciate the wide range of cleaning options….it looks after everything from my fine knits, saving on dry cleaning costs, to my heavier blankets. Also does a great job of stain removal.

Bought this to upgrade our 9 year old washer. Works amazing! Really like the 15 minute wash for when something gets missed, or the kids need a certain outfit in a hurry.

Have had this washer for just over a month now and so far it’s working great! The occasional small item gets stuck in between the rubber seal but I think that’s the case with all front load washers. Very happy with this upgrade from our old top load washer!
