Bought 2 weeks ago and so far has done nothing but exceed expectations. Very quite while running and clothes have come out cleaner than ever.

The clothes are very clean, the spin cycle doesn’t tangle up pant legs into a knot like my previous washer did. Nice machine, highly recommended.

Have had it a couple of months and the machine does an excellent job at cleaning! Very happy with that. Beware if you are washing thong panties or ankle socks because the machine is very fond of these items and will always try to steal at least one of them (in EVERY load that has either of said items). He must want to admire them at a later time, in private. Mine is a he... and he likes to tuck said items in the seal that is right before the entrance to the drum, where it looks like water would drain. Said item will be soaking wet and dirty, so you will have to set aside to wash with another load. If you reprimand him in any way, he will retaliate by trying to walk out of the basement or making tons of noise when I am doing laundry at 4 a.m. Thank god I keep the door closed and he has no arms. He it absolutely, positively level front, back, sides, and top. Apparently washing a single pair of jean shorts with t-shirts is enough to throw him into an off-balanced tizzy. I never had a washing machine that was so sensitive natured. But he does clean very well! P.S. my model was manufactured in 2024.

I had some experience with this model at a relaitve's home, and was amazed at how easy it was to use, in spite of the large number of options it provided for washing. When the time came for us to replace our (20 years plus!) washer, this was a clear choice. Our laundry room is on the second floor of a very old house with uneven wooden floors, so we were very concerned about balance issues. This washer was not only easy to set up and level, but it is by fat the most quiet washing machine I have ever used! This is great, because it allows us to wash "off peak", which is better for the environment, without disturbing anyone sleeping in the house. We are thrilled with this model and glad we had Elecrtrolux recommended to us!

Good so far. Just had it installed. Have only used it twice, but love it so far. Easy loading, unloading, washer/dryer fairly quiet, clothes clean and fresh

We are replacing and older Electrolux washer and this one is quieter and the clothes seem fluffier. There are more selections for washing and they are more versatile.
