This machine is so great and easy to use. My white clothes especially white socks that never got white before are now like new. Just amazing. I just love this machine.

My husband and I bought the Electrolux after our previous name brand unit stopped functioning properly. Although it lasted us longer than most, it always had issues from the beginning including leaking soap into the pedestal and a myriad of other issues, which we had to address by spending more money, nickel and diming us to death. Not only that, but there were also so many options, it really was confusing. More is not always better when it comes to technology for the simple fact that it can be overwhelming, and more bells and whistles can mean more problematic issues in the long run. The Electrolux Front Loader Washer has been SEAMLESS since we bought it earlier this year-2024. The unit has plenty of options that any person would need and it's not confusing and overwhelming. The unit is elegant and aesthetically pleasing in the white color we purchased and as stated in my Review Title, this unit is simplicity at SUPERIOR quality! The only criticism I have at this point is I wish it had been offered in other colors, but that's not a functional issue nor was it a deal breaker for us. I have not had to call customer service for anything so I cannot comment on that, but this is the first time my husband and I have owned anything in the Electrolux line. BEAUTIFUL unit, SUPER EASY to use, and so far, no issues whatsoever.

Washing machine works well but the drawer where you pour the detergent always is wet. So if you don’t use your washer often it will tend to get moldy and need to be cleaned out.
