I've had this washer about 3 weeks, so it is too soon to address durability which is my main concern, but so far it is doing well. I wanted a front-loading washer for energy efficiency, water savings, and because they are more gentle on my clothes. This machine was recommended by my local Lowes as one that they don't hear complaints about. It replaces a Samsung, which just quit after maybe 6 years: it worked, but would not consistently turn on, and sending the computer board in for repair didn't fix the issue. Two things stand out as very different: first, the wash times on this one are shorter, so I don't feel like I'm waiting forever between loads. And second, the rubber gasket around the door is much more flexible, and thus easier to dry off. I do most of my laundry on one day, so dry it well at the end, and leave the door and drawer open afterwards - but it is easier to dry because I can run a towel all around the inside of the gasket fold. _x000D_ _x000D_ Mostly, I use the normal cycle; I haven't needed to use the quick wash yet, or the delicates cycle.

I worry about the way it closes. Sometimes when I close and press start it says to close the door. Think the latch is “iffy”.

We've had this washing machine for 25 months. I would strongly recommend against buying it. While it has a nice variety of wash settings and works very well for the first 9-12 months, we've had many problems since. Right around our first year mark, the belt came off mid-wash then twisted and ripped apart the electrical system. It was one month out of warranty so parts were covered but labor was not. Second, we washed dog bed covers (our fault) but since the drain clean-out is difficult to access and requires you remove the entire front cover, the washer filled and wouldn't empty. Today the water inlet valve failed and water poured everywhere. Thankfully we were home and able to shut off our main home water supply, otherwise it would've flooded our laundry area and basement. Water continued to pour out of the machine even after turning it off. Very unhappy with long term durability of this machine. For context we're a family of 4 with 2 medium dogs. We mainly wash clothes on the weekend, not daily. We ordered a replacement valve as a temporary fix but are going to start saving to buy another brand.

Cleans better than expected. Large loads are handled easily. Excellent washer.

Had my last washer for 20 years. We’ve had very bad luck with new appliances and I was not excited to buy a new washer. The washer seems to wash the clothes really well. It’s easy to use and the door stays open just enough to let it dry out inside. However, since the day it was delivered, the door doesn’t latch properly. We have to hold it in place and start the wash so it will lock shut. A technician is coming to fix the problem. They told me that if they discover it is somehow our fault the door isn’t latching (again, this has been since day one) we have to pay for the repair…

The washer is easy to use, easy to find the settings you want depending on the load. Cleans better than my last front load of a different brand, and uses less soap! The clothes feel barely damp when the cycle is over because it spins them out so well. Towels take a little longer, as with any laundry load

We've had so many noisy washing machines, we've come to expect them all to sound like an airplane taking off. This one is so quiet I don't even know it's on. _x000D_ The spin cycle gets even the heaviest loads almost dry before going into the dryer. _x000D_ Oh, you can do small loads and it doesn't get off balance!!

My wife loves the ease of use. It doesn't make a lot of noise as some of the Asian ones, so quite is good and an energy saver as well.

I have had our new washer and dryer set for 2 weeks. While I don’t know the long term quality yet I am very happy with them right now. Love all the options available to me that I didn’t have on our last set. The steam option is great. And I love how pretty they look too!

We recently purchased this washing machine. We are extremely happy with it. Just the tub capacity along is a game changer. The options and how quiet it is, is a gift. _x000D_ Would highly recommend this washer
