5 An excellent machine

We are very with this washing machine. Lots of cycle options but an intuitive and easy to navigate interface. We like that it runs pretty quietly and spins clothes quite dry without shaking itself the way a top loader would do. And the pedestal is great too - seems pretty solid and the drawer slides easily and smoothly.

5 Very happy with purchase

Very easy to use. Clothes have never been cleaner. Stains have come out easily with the StainSoak option.

My previous washing machine had an option for a second rinse and spin that could be selected when I chose the options for water temperature etc. On the Electrolux I have to go back and make that selection after the initial wash is finished - not convenient.

5 Electrolux Washer/Dryer

Bought a new W/D for our remodel. The process was seamless. Once we started using it we were surprised how quiet and efficient they both are and they are so easy to use.

These machines deliver on quality! _x000D_ I love the features and the large capacity, and I couldn't be happier! _x000D_ I was hesitant to go to front load but have no regrets whatsoever.

1 Mixed review on longevity

This review is about their customer service. _x000D_ _x000D_ 1 year ago we bought this same machine for our cabin, which is used very lightly (maybe 20 times). After 7 months of occasional use, the machine stopped working and gave us an error code. Because that machine is in a rural and remote location, that machine can’t be serviced even with our warranty because there are no service providers. _x000D_ _x000D_ Although disappointing of the error code, even more disappointing is the hoops I’ve had to jump to rectify the situation. Our warranty request has been elevated for a possible replacement but they are making us wait an additional 10 days for “review.” All this time without a functional machine and no knowledge if they will replace it. An almost ~$1,000 machine, barely used, sitting dysfunctional. _x000D_ _x000D_ Our second machine at our permanent residence is now 2 weeks old and working as advertised. Great machine when it works. But very slow resolution for our vacation home machine in a rural location. Beware if you live in a remote location. Customer Service, in the Philippines, could not understand our location situation and had us waste 2 full days of waiting for a repair person, only to recognize after many hours of phone calls that they did not have a servicer nearby. The nearest town is 2 hours away. The servicer location cancelled twice, lying the second time that they’d reached out to me “many times” because they were at the wrong address that they claimed we had given. It’s likely they recognized it would be a 4 hour round trip service call and blew us off - yet put the blame on my being unresponsive when they called.” Infuriating. Our location should have been recognized when I placed the warranty request. Beyond frustrating.
