Thought we were ordering the 600 series and didn't realize until after delivery that the 600 series washer was not purchased (despite adding to cart through "washer and dryer" sets and painstakingly trying to make sure we were ordering the correct item). Electrolux washers look very much alike with very close model numbers. Washer arrived dented and later than promised. Electrolux contacted to exchange for correct item. Any savings now negated due to restocking fee. Upon using this "new washer" lots of leaking occurred from the back panel. Towels needing to be placed everywhere to capture all the water. We are a busy household with kids and pets (who are all ill presently). Having a non-functional washing machine that leaks on top of all the bodily fluids coming out of the kids and dogs has been a nightmare. We had a previous Electrolux washer/dryer set and the dryer stopped working without an error code after 7 years of use. We felt that Electrolux was decent with regards to reliability. We are now frustrated and disappointed. A broken washer is way worse than a broken dryer.

We decided to replace both the dryer (which finally gave up) and the washer (still working, but wanted a matched set). Our previous Electrolux washer and dryer was 14 years old. My husband asked if the washer is still working, why replace it? I said for water savings, electricity savings and updated features. Although I have only had them a bit over a month, I am happy to have replaced them and look forward to using them at least the next 14 years, hopefully longer.

i love the variety of settings, especially that it has a sanitize setting. the spin cycle really wrings out the water and minimizes drying time. i am really happy with my electrolux!

Absolutely love our new Electrolux washer. the washer looks great and the clothes come out so clean. The washer is super quiet and the different settings are easy to use. Very happy

Our last washer unexpectedly died beyond repair, after a good 7 year run and after about a month of technician coming and going, we were desperate for a new washer. Our decision was surprisingly easy when upon searching we came across Electrolux (which was a brand completely unknown to me) and it’s almost 10,000 4.5 reviews! Which it’s so rare, how is this product so well loved!? Our decision was easy at this point, found it available at our local Lowe’s and so far our experience has been great! It took a little adjustment from amour last washer, but worth it. I would highly recommend this product to any one on the market. Happy costumer!
