I had to replace my 10+ old front loader. Did much research and not a singlw regret in this selection. From its sleek, modern look to intiutive controls this washer has it all. Love how my clothes were clean but almost dry. That will save me $$ on the dryer side. Having its own pod dispenser is also a great feature.

I appreciate my new washer; not only is it good-looking, but it cleans well on all the cycles. And it's fairly quiet, spins clothes without twisting, and they finish almost dry.

One of the main reasons we got this washer is that we needed the door hinge on the right and almost nobody else offers this feature. Otherwise, the washer itself has been performing well in its first couple of weeks.

The washer was delivered and installed. The installer went through how to start the first wash with no clothes. There was a power outage in my neighborhood so I did it the next day. During one cycle, about 4 minutes into the wash, there was a loud noise that sounded like a big truck braking hard to stop. The installed said to call if there was other problem. Two hours later we did our first load and the sound was gone. But the reason for my the title of my review and not a 5 star rating...attached to the washer was a note to register my appliance and get your platinum star limited warranty. It stated the warranty offers a two year coverage on replacement parts. Went ahead and did what was instructed. Nope, one year warranty. Going back to the note, it read from January 1st 2021 to December 31, 2023. So is my washer over a year old sitting in inventory? Disappointing to say the least.

My last machine was a 12 year-old Kenmore Top loader that had just a hump for an agitator and I always felt it never cleaned my clothes as well as it should. This time I decided to spend a little bit more money for a quality front loader. I went to a small appliance dealer in my town and could not be happier with the experience and purchase, so far. I ended up getting the six series because they had one at their warehouse That was never picked up. The machine is quiet, however, during spin cycles it is not the quietest and you can hear it. I have mine in the basement cement floor, but I can understand what people were saying if they have this machine up in their second story or third story part of their house. I can hear it from any part of my house. However, this does not bother me. The machine does a great job of getting my clothes very clean and with its pure cycle, all the detergent is gone by the end of the cycle. Always remember to leave the front door and dispenser open after he used to prevent mold.. Otherwise, for the two weeks, I’ve had it, I have no complaints. The cycles are definitely a little longer than my old machine, but the clothes come out so much cleaner.

Oh my God where do I start? I absolutely love my brand new electro Lexx front loading washer with the optic white wash cycle in my lifetime. I have bought so many different products trying to get my whites whiter in the wash with no luck when I seen that, Electrolux had the optic white wash cycle I was very intrigued and skeptical, but when my washer broke, and I was faced with the choice of what washer to buy, I went with Electrolux and I don’t regret it. I bought it for the optic white cycle and boy does it work my whites are actually whiter with minimal product use all of my loads are so fresh and I’m saving so much product in the meantime and I also love the extra rinse cycle. I don’t regret my purchase and I plan to now buy the matching dryer. Do yourself a favor and buy an Electrolux washer
