This is my second Electrolux washing machine and I was very happy with the first so I bought a new one. I like the machine. I purchased from Lowes and the delivery and install was excellent. I had to flip the door swing and followed the instructions that tell you to pry off the grey screw cover. The retaining clip broke, a $3 part. I finished flipping the door and called the next day for a replacement. I was on chat for 1.5 hrs and customer service wanted to charge me for a $3 clip after spending $800 on the washer and following the instructions. After going to a manger they finally sent the cover. This is my second bad experience with customer service at Electrolux. They really need to do better.

like it so far. Issue with the door closing. It is finicky. Every time I have to go back and push it in again

I gave away a new Maytag top load without agitator and was sorry I ever purchased. After review of Electolux my daughter and I both purchased front loader. Love it
