There are only two brands of washers that allow for front loader doors to be reversed which was a huge factor for us. We also wanted an allergen cycle for bedding as family is sensitive. It has done a great job of washing which I was wary about as certain pet items I like to use deep fill (sometimes will need to run again for certain pet items). One star off for spin only cycle. If putting bath mats in on heavy duty cycle they sometimes are still over wet and have to do several spin only cycles. Doesn’t get to a high spin to extract the water (I’m sure it’s a balance thing so there may not be an easy work around for this…. Time consuming).

The front load machine was delivered and the front door doesn't close correctly. I tried for days to get Electrolux to approve a repair person. Electrolux said they approved, their repair vendor said Electrolux didn't provide enough information. The store tried to get it resolved and still couldn't get a repair person approved by Electrolux. The store sent another new unit and it had the same issue. So, I have a washing machine that you have to lift the door to close correctly. The machine washes great, but doesn't overcome a bad door that I can't seem to get fixed.

We are enjoying the machine thus far. It is easy to use and the cloths are cleaner when compared to our old machine.

I've been using the washer now for a little over a month. It has been working flawlessly. I particularly like the little "kickstand" on the door which allows it to remain partially open to air-out after a load.

We have had zero issues with this washer and on top of that it cleans clothes wonderfully!!!! We absolutely love the steam option!

So far, I'm very happy with the new washer dryer set. We are using them as a stackable set, but we were not told we needed a special bracket for that which is not in stock. But otherwise very pleased. Washer is nice and quiet.
