This washing machine has been great so far. We have had it for about a month and have no issues. Just be sure to put socks or any other small items in a mesh laundry bag because they can get stuck in between the gasket. This washing machine is incredibly quiet and definitely cleans our clothes better than our old machine did.

Although the machine has some good features and does a decent washing, it has some challenging issues: the drum is quite deep and I need a "grabbing tool" to reach items that get stuck in the back of the drum. Also, the soap dispenser and the drum hold some water after the cycle is completed. Even though I use the door pin to keep it ajar, it still has some water residue. I find I need to remove the soap dispenser after every wash to avoid mold issues. So, there are some annoying maintenance issues with this washer that I had not anticipated.

I would not have any other brand of washing machine or dryer. They are excellent and are the only brand to offer reversible doors. The machine is gentle on the clothes and offers a wide range of washing options. The delivery was great and was completed is short order. Would buy again.

This washer is a great upgrade from my previous machine. It has lots of features and will take me some time to get the most out of it. The normal setting gets my laundry cleaner and softer than it has been for years!

In NM water is super expensive. This new Electrolux is so water-efficient AND time efficient that I actually look forward to doing the laundry. I know it sounds nerdy, but it's true. And, the well-designed options for what to add to the load for soap or other inclusions is very considerate of the consumer. Last but not least, it gets clothes clean without beating them up.
