Purchased the stove and had it installed by a licensed plummer. The burners light and stay light as long as you hold the burner know in. Once the knob is released the burner flame goes out. Called the service department where I purchased the stove and they in turn called Electrolux. Electrolux nor the place of purchase service my area. I now have a stove that has been installed over two weeks ago and still not working. Very disappointed that the stove itself does not work and equally disappointed that Electrolux does not service my area.

I have been waiting for one year to get this part. Every site I tried says. the part is on backorder including Electrolux. Not sure if I will ever get this part so I am resigned to replacing the stove after 8 years of use. The stove is like new and no help from Electrolux. Not a good company to do business with. Thanks for nothing Electrolux sad company.

We have had our range for 8 months. I like it and we use it alot, but there are some aspects of the range that are not so great. Unfortunately it is difficult to clean the burner wells. Also the inner burner rings have gotten discolored and the outer burner rings are impossible to keep clean. The iron grate on top of the range is rusting. Really disappointed. Can any of those pieces be replaced?

We chose the Electrolux-30" Duel-Fuel Freestanding Range in our new home build. It is solid construction with outstanding performance with both the top burners and spacious oven. My wife is pleased with the overall modern look.

this stove is a disaster. we have requested several times for a refund. The stove to this day is not working properly. Now we will be receiving another part. Please get this to someone that has the power to help us. All we get is very poor Electrolux service.

This beautiful range is excellent for cooking and baking. The oven browns very evenly. The 2 low output burners are in front and easily accessible. We are very happy with this purchase.
