1 Electrical board blows hole in back panel

Brand new dual fuel range was plugged in and exploded a hole out the back. Manufacturing issues happen but claims department is going to take 2 days or more to call the retailer to release an ( low stock) replacement range. Could they not spend 5 min and get them to rush out a stove?

1 Repairs needed less than 1 month

Only had my range for less than a month, 2 burners will not stay lit. Parts order - timeline 4-6 weeks. Now 1 month in the oven in bake cycle goes to Err 2. _x000D_ I expected better for this range. The appliance store has ordered parts, but I am very disappointed! And when I try to contact Electrolux, too busy to take my call ....

1 Difficult to clean

Love the look..impossible to clean the back stainless "exhaust"..you can not remove the back..therefore it is impossible to clean. No cloth can fit. I actually feel sick that I spent all this money. Any ideas on how to clean it??? Tammy from Customer service said they didn't know.

4 Love it all til oven problem starting year 5, F10

Bought in 2012, didn’t use til kitchen Reno was done in 2014. Love it, especially the gas burners. Have had oven issue, F10 code, 3 times now (2019, 2021, and now). The first two times I had to shut the breaker off overnight. This time, it hasn’t worked. Any ideas? I’m in the middle of harvest, with a lot of meals to make!

1 Worked for a month

Stove top was a bit of a challenge to figure out how to keep the burners lit but was fine after applying the right amount of pressure while turning the knobs. I used the oven periodically for a month until it flashed a ERR2 code. I called for warranty support but received a recording prompting me to go to the website were I have been ignored. This is a $6000. dud. If you buy this product you’ll be on your own.

1 So disappointed

My oven worked approximately 8 times. After that…. ERR2 code. The oven doesn’t even attempt to heat up. We called Electrolux but couldn’t even leave a message for a callback. “Do to an overload of calls “_x000D_ We then went to Electrolux website left a request for help. Sadly. No. Response!!_x000D_ So, brand new range that doesn’t have a workable oven. I’m incredibly let down by Electrolux._x000D_ Sad

1 Burners do not hold a flame.

Our brand new Electrolux Duel Fuel range was installed mid December 2024, and was a dud right from day one. Only 2 of the 6 burners will hold a flame. A service technician has been out twice. It took four weeks for the thermal couplers to arrive because they were on back order. The technician replaced the valves and thermal couplers, but the burners still will not hold a flame. Meanwhile, all this taking apart and putting back together our brand new very expensive range is leaving the stove top scratched right up. So here I sit, with a family of 6 to feed, using only two burners. This is NOT what I expected with I dropped thousands of dollars on a new range. I'm very disappointed and frustrated.
