I am in love with my Electrolux! I have had many front end loading washers and dryers but this brand is awesome. When the clothes come out of the washer, they are much drier instead wet, therefore they dry in a short amount of time. No more having to layout our items to get them completely dry. I can count on cleaner clothes and shorter wash and dry time. Kudo to Electrolux corporation for excellence <3

This washer was suggested to us because of our multiple skin issues. We love the pure rinse that helps get out all the soap from our clothes. We have had fewer issues with our clothes bothering our skin because of the pure rinse option. We also love that this washer premixes the soap to help clean your clothes better! We chose this particular model because it also has the hand wash feature for extremely delicate clothing. My husband loves the soiled feature. His uniforms get heavily soiled while he’s working and this machine does an amazing job of cleaning his uniforms thoroughly!

we upgraded from a 2004 Kenmore to this super-deluxe dryer. I love being able to set it to damp dry along with the multitude of other settings and features I now have available.

After a very pleasant and informative sales experience, decided to spend a bit more than I planned on a washer and dryer, but the Electrolux has been well worth it so far. The washer is very intuitive to use and very quiet when it is running. It has plenty of features for any type of load cycle.

Best looking washer/dryer pair and great when they work but…We bought the washer/dryer pair Feb. 2021 and service has come out to our house 5 times. Twice to look at the washer which the circuit board was replaced because another cycle would automatically start after the first one finished and for the dryer for noise, a broken belt and roller wheel and now for the 6th time for a grinding noise. We have not used the dryer since August 7th and it is now Sept 20th. Needless to say not having a dryer that works for 6 weeks with a family of 4 is infuriating. Contacting customer service you can be on hold for over an hour although now they do have a “call back” feature. Unfortunately there seems to be no sense of urgency to get this resolved. Spending $2800 for a too of the line washer dryer and having numerous issues is quite frustrating.

I purchased this dryer in Oct 2021. I was drying clothes and the lint trap somehow during the cycle became loose and mixed in with the clothes and apparently at the bottom of the lint trap is an opening to the mechanics of the dryer. Well low and behold when I went to get my clothes they were still wet. I noticed the lint trap was in with the clothes so I put it back and started it and to my surprise the dryer was making all types of noise so I stopped it. This is when I realized tons of my clothes went through the lint trap and were lodged in the underneath mechanics of the machine. I got some out and ruined quite a few of my clothes trying to free the machine of my apparel._x000D_ PRETTY MUCH DO NOT BUY THIS DRYER and IF YOU DO BEWARE OF THE LINT TRAP._x000D_ First I thought my kids didn't install it right, until it happened to me after I check the dryer lint trap. Obviously a manufacturer defect. I would like contact on how to fix the issue with out replacing the entire machine.
