I have had the dryer for a year, and clothes have always tended to accumulate near the front of the dryer and get stuck in the front dryer seal. This happens regardless of the size of load, and the clothes get stuck anywhere in the circumference of the seal (top, bottom, side). This causes the drum to stop, and on numerous occasions the belt was broken because the motor was still trying to turn the drum. I have never had a dryer require so much maintenance.

Baught the washer first in 2018… so far so good. The dryer???? A whole other story. Bought it at the end of 2019 just before Covid hit. After a year and a half we had to call the service center. It would not start. When hitting the start button it would act as the door was open. Boom! Circuit centre was gone and it was replaced for free as it was under extended warranty. Guess what just happened just last week? Same exact thing! Circuit centre must be gone again!!! Something is causing one of the most important parts of the dryer to fail! Now the warranty is gone… that is a pretty expensive part to replace! We sold it for parts and purchased the cheapest dryer we could find!!! No matter what you pay….. these appliances do not last!!!!

So far I like the dryer but have only used a few times. Reading the reviews on the Electrolux washer & dryer I'm hoping I didn't make mistake

Lots of options so can fine-tune the settings for each load that goes through._x000D_ Took a bit of time to figure out which was the right one for me._x000D_ One of the few units that still allows you to reverse the doors._x000D_ Love the pedestal.

I bought this a month ago and I'm so glad I did. It's a great dryer. I don't have to put items in for a second time, it very well built and easy to use.
