We are extremely pleased with our new laundry team. Love the light inside the machines and the many other great options like quick wash and dry that we did not have with our old equipment.

I bought this item at Canadian Appliance Source (no issue at all with them), was delivered on October 11. It turned that the dryer stopped after a week !! It took 1 week to get someone to see the problem and i will need to wait for another 3 weeks to have the parts delivered + 1 extra week to get it repaired. After only one week, Electrolux refused to replace the appliance. Strictly inadmissible for a brand like Electrolux. This is how companies treat their customers now. I will NEVER recommend this brand to anybody. Not will I buy any other item from them. NEVER ! They're just here to sell...

Too early to give 5 stars also say something via the evening new in regards to glass doors been broken and company refuse to replace so more time is needed.

So far I'm enjoying my new gas dryer. Also_x000D_ the lint trap picks up alot of dog hair from our clothes and blankets Love it!

We received our new appliance and right from the start it didn’t work. The dryer does not heat up. After having our gas technician make sure there were no issues on our end we contacted the brick where we purchased it from to only tell us that they can’t help us and we have to contact the manufacturer. When we called the manufacturer, they told us they had to send out a technician. We’re still waiting three weeks later for a technician to show up. Let’s see how this goes but as far as I’m concerned, we bought a brand new dryer. It should work from the gecko. Will not buy another Electrolux product again.
