The fridge made a lot of noise and then both fridge and freezer lights went out and have not come back on.

This fridge is louder than expected and both doors have to be closed quite hard because if you don't, then they stay open about a foot. Not sure why this is happening. Will have to find out. The fridge looks nice, though.
