The first one delivered was faulty and deemed "dead on arrival." The fridge was working like a freezer and the temperature was not adjustable. A replacement was sent soon right after. Delivery overall took awhile (perhaps due to weather conditions and the holidays) but we got exactly what we needed!

I received the fridge just under a week ago. I bought it to replace a very noisy Frigidaire with a damaged compressor. I stuck with Frigidaire because I liked this model's layout, style, size, and my research showed that Frigidaire makes reliable fridges. I also read reviews for this particular model and saw that some people said it was quiet and others loud; I had hoped I would think it was quiet compared to my old fridge, but unfortunately, I have to side with those who say it's loud._x000D_ _x000D_ Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product unless you're keeping the fridge in a basement or you live in a large home and you don't spend time in your kitchen or near it. For small condo dwellers, this is a loud fridge with fan and motorized noises that you can hear from all rooms. There are enough noises emanating from condo buildings; you don't need to add more vibrations and buzzing from your own unit appliances. For a reliable fridge company such as Frigidaire, I'm surprised this appliance technology hasn't been modernized somehow for a quieter product.

This fridge is awesome. The same size as my double door bottom freezer was but I was shocked at the roominess of this fridge. I just can’t fill it up. Great family fridge. Cooling is perfect in both compartments. It is so quiet that I can’t hear it standing in front of it. Very satisfied. Love it.

I replaced my existing fridge when the compressor stopped working properly. I miss the butter space in the new shelf but like the new design of how the door shelves attach. Hopefully they won’t break as easily as the previous model

We’ve had this fridge for 2 weeks now. There is ample room in both the fridge and freezer. We also added the optional ice maker which we love. And with 2 small children the smudge proof stainless steel is a game changer!

My old Fridge (Top freezer, Kenmore) was still working fine although, since it had been over 15 years, thought to buy a new one thinking technology must have changed so much and also for energy efficiency. _x000D_ _x000D_ Overall, I am happy with this Fridge, except for a big annoyance - IT IS LOUD! We thought something was wrong with the fridge so we requested an inspection. The mechanic told us this is normal. There is barely any insulation inside and hence you hear it so loud. It is so loud that if you are watching TV, it overpowers the TV sound or kitchen fan sound on low setting :(_x000D_ _x000D_ I am like what?? My old Fridge was much quieter. We paid extra and got the Frigidaire Gallery but alas not happy with the loud compressor noise!! _x000D_ _x000D_ I like the door compartments as you can put many things in it, however, since there are only 3 single shelves, you lose a lot of room. Not every item that you put there is long enough to utilize the space._x000D_ _x000D_ Similarly, the fridge shelves are single shelves, meaning the entire shelf has to be moved. You just have to find a way to organize it to make full use of the space._x000D_ _x000D_ The fridge comes with no instruction on how to take out the shelves. If you are confused, here's a tip. Just grab the shelf from the back and push your thumb in the back wall on both sides to remove the shelf._x000D_ _x000D_ There is no solution to loudness, just have to live with it or look elsewhere.

I order this fridge in November. It arrived late. That was the vendor's problem, not the manufacturer's; however, when the fridge arrived, I waited the required time, plugged it in, and it didn't work. I then waited a month for a replacement fridge. Once that one finally arrived, I waited 24 hours, plugged it in, and it had an electrical fault. The fridge is constantly beeping. I am not waiting for my third fridge. However, I have opted for a different brand this time becasue while this was going on, I was having similar issues with a Frigidaire range. I will never, as long as I live, buy another Frigidaire product. I always thought that they were good quality, but they are not. Oh, by the way, this all happened over Christmas. So, I had to store all my Christmas food outside and in a bar fridge, and I had to cook my Christmas dinner in a toaster oven. I have two small children. I can't express how much of a hindrance this experience was in our lives. Do yourself a favour and buy from a different company.
