I have had this machine since Nov 2021. It’s been nothing but problems. Door latch broke so it wouldn’t work, wouldn’t drain water, agitator made extremely loud noise I thought it was going to explode, now I find out the bearing is broken and the technician claims it’s not even worth fixing because of how expensive it will be (out of warranty after 1 year) and there could be other broken parts once he starts working on it. I have been on the phone with Electrolux for so long and so many times. I am so frustrated and upset at this waste of money.

I purchased this laundry centre to replace my front loader washing machine due to increased difficulty in loading the washer. As I senior I found it very difficult to keep bending over to put the clothes into the washer as it was so low to the ground and there was insufficient room in the closet to install a stand for the washer. I had a laundry centre years ago and always loved the top loading washer and large tub. I have had this new unit for about 3 weeks and so far so good. The washer is a bit louder than my previous machine but it is a small price to pay for a happy back. I like the controls as they are simple to understand and don't have a lot of features that I never end up using. All in all I am satisfied with my purchase.

Purchased when our previous washer died. No complaints other than there seems to be more lint on my laundry after drying than before, but it's a very minor complaint.

I was long overdue to replace my washer/dryer, combo, and a rental unit I own. Not only was it an easy install and delivery process but my tenants are raving about the machine. Usually, with laundry there’s not a lot of raving going on but they’re as happy as can be with the new unit.
