We have had it for a few weeks now and it has been washing and drying our clothes well. They come out smelling great and the spin cycle does a great job so it isn't sopping wet, as I've experienced with other washers. It is fairly simple and nothing too fancy, so a more affordable price, but it does what it is supposed to do well. I also quite like that the washer part is top-loading so no need to bend down, and less chance for mould growth like front loading ones.

I spent 1700$ on a wash machine that will not finish any cycle. Please do not waste your money and go with a different brand! Not one of the wash setting end with a spin cycle, that is if they even get to the point of finishing the wash or rinse cycle. Every single time I do a load of laundry, the wash machine will work for 10-15 minutes before it signals an error and shuts off.. full of water, detergent and all. Doesn’t matter which cycle it is set to._x000D_ This is super frustrating as this product was bought brand new. Please please please DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

As a seniour I am frustrated by any appliance etc. that is too complicated. This stacked washer/dryer is fabulous, easy to use. Washer gets clothes very, very clean and dryer is perfect.

This is my second washer/dryer tower from Frigidaire _x000D_ The first lasted 22 years qnd was still working with only 2 repairs to dryer belts.

We purchased to replace our 15 year old Frigidaire "commercial heavy-duty" laundry centre which was put in every townhouse in our development. Wanted something basic without too many bells and whistles that can eventually break. As it is, would be lovely to have appliances that are easy and affordable to fix rather than sending to the dump. So far this replacement unit is working very well and I am pleased with the cleaning performance.
