The stacker washer/drier setup has worked flawlessly. No issues thus far! It's quiet, great selections on both ends and times are very favorable. Would recommend this product and buy again no questions.

I bought this W/D set in Jan 2023 from Home Depot. Cost almost 1,8k after tax and just only 11 months, water started leaking from the bottom of the washer. As I am 1 month apart from the warranty period so they are trying to stretch it too long. It has been almost 2 weeks waiting and they pushed all the responsibility to their third party who handle the service for them. It was a very bad experience and service that I have been received.

I like this laundry set but a couple of things that didn’t occur before I purchased. If you’re short like me, it is difficult to reach in and get everything out of the washing tub because it is so deep. And because it is a stackable set, there’s not a lot of room underneath the lid. Also, it does not have a dispenser for laundry softener - that has to be added in a special “ball“. Regardless, I am happy with the purchase.

I bought this unit in September and have had no issues. The washer and dryer unit work fantastic. I would recommend anyone considering this machine, to definitely purchase it._x000D_ You won't regret it.

Well the first one they delivered was broken.But he stuff happens.we where without laundry for weeks as I sold our old ones.wish quality control was better before delivery of product.as wife and I had to visit the laundry mat a few times.Finally received a working one Wich has proofed to be perfect.but not as quiet as you claim .but it's only been used a few times.fingures crossed

I am very pleased with the quiet performance of this laundry center. It does a great job. The size is perfect for my small laundry room and the price was excellent.

We have installed the unit. The delivery and setting in place was great. _x000D_ The water, vent hookups and electrical connection were easy to do. _x000D_ The unit works well as advertised.

I bought this stackable washer/dryer two weeks ago and the wash cycle is the noisiest I have EVER had. I am 82 years old, married 62 years so I have had and used a lot of washers. The load capacity is great but the grinding during the washing cycle is unbelievable - and I am hard of hearing!! It is called the "Quiet Pack" - whoever thought of that is either totally deaf or not ever used this set. The salesperson should be made aware of this problem because I certainly would not have purchased it if I had known - probably would have bought another model - with a rinse dispenser, which I also wasn't told about until I was going to use it. I will deal with this set for now but wish it was quieter, and had a rinse dispenser. Maybe in the future, customers should be the people advising the manufacturers - or at least people who use these products. The dryer by the way is great - quiet - normal!
