I bought this unit about a month ago. So far so good. The washer capacity is larger than other similar models. The design of the agitator is better than others spiral design which tangle clothes easily. Also the control panel is in the middle of the unit, which is much easier to access.

So far the unit is working well. Very different washer operation compared to the old unit. Whereas the old unit agitator worked back and forth continuously, the new unit works forward, intermittently every 5 seconds or so in delicate mode and longer in normal wash. Spin drying is also different. When draining the drum rotates initially for a few seconds a few times and then continuous until completion. Takes a bit of getting used to.

I bought this three weeks ago and it has been working great and washes large loads very well. It has more buttons on it than computerized touchpads. The simplicity of it seems like a better quality that will last longer.

This is my second set in under a year. The first set tore my expensive sheets to shreds while leeching grease all over them. The second set has only leeched grease. I’m in the process of returning them for a refund pending a consumer complaint and a media blitz if necessary.

Spin dry in washer cycle is very effective. Very happy with options of this basic model._x000D_ Happy in all respects._x000D_ Sales, delivery, installation all A 1.
