5 Washer dryer

We bought for our cottage. As the cottage isn’t that large, and we are on septic, this is the perfect size for our needs

We put a main floor Laundry room into a small, seldom used ensuite bathroom. After years of carrying baskets of laundry up and down to the basement I am in heaven! We purchased the washer/dryer Laundry Centre in Saskatoon and couldn't be more pleased with our new laundry setup!

1 If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would!

After using this machine for 2 weeks, our dryer was making AWFUL noises. When I opened the dryer, 2 small screws fell out of the lint trap._x000D_ It turns out, the screws were from the back of the drum, had come loose and set the drum off it's rollers. The element was hit & burnt out._x000D_ A local repair service came to diagnose the issue (after i had to research and make the arrangements myself) and has parts on order to fix the issue. In the meantime, I'm without a dryer completely._x000D_ Am I in the wrong for thinking MAYBE I should just be given a new unit??

4 Easy to run, nice compact machine.

I bought the machine from Home Depot about three weeks ago but when the machine got delivered, it was faulty as there was water leakage at the end of the washing cycle. Contacted Home Depot and without any hassle got it replaced within 4-5 days. We have been using it since then with no problem and are happy with its performance.

1 Huge disappointment

We have been using this set for almost a year and can honestly say it's the worst washer/dryer we have ever used. The hot cycle wash is barely lukewarm. We put in a warranty service call thinking it may be a defect, and the technician told us it's an economy "feature" and works as designed. So no washing whites in hot water. The machine gets easily confused. Drain and spin cycle starts adding water if there is a load imbalance. Clothes frequently come out with detergent streaks, even when using low amounts of soap. Washed clothes also come out covered in lint. Dryer runs for hours, even with a small load.

5 More than expected

I bought this a month ago and it has been a pleasant surprise at every turn. It is quieter than I expected, has more capacity than I expected, and drys more quickly than I expected. I am simply delighted
