Bought less than a year ago and it is it not working. Attempted to book on line for repairs and attempted to book through the business i bought it from as well, but they can’t get in contact with the repair person.

This stacked washer/dryer came with the condo I purchased. The water does not fill to soak the clothes properly. There are always dry spots on the clothes. Can someone contact me to look at this problem

Cleans dishes and leaves them spotless. It is the quietest dishwasher we have ever owned. We are very impressed with the unit. The stainless interior is easy to stay clean and the rack layout is very handy.

Less than a month old. In the first week it dried one load on "normal" fine. Since then, first on medium heat, then on low heat, now only on air dry. (sounds like a heat sensor). The message says "clean lint filter" but that isn't the problem. So, I assumed there might be blockage in the vent, but no, no blockage that can be found. My buddy and I used two shop vacs at the same time side by side in the vent and the air flow was unobstructed, but remains weak from the dryer. A mystery. I'll take a compressor to the vent, but it seems the machine is a problem and might need to be repaired under warranty or replaced. Oh well. My last one (a kenmore that's not being made anymore, under any label) only lasted 17 years. This one couldn't do 17 days! BTW, the washer is fine.
