I’ve only had the Frigidaire washer/dryer for a few weeks but it really is a great performer with lots of room for bulky things in both appliances.

This is the worst washing machine I have ever seen. I wasted money on this. This manufacturer FRIGIDAIRE should be sued. Machine packed up in 2 years with minimal usage. When it was working, the washer will stop running and said I need to re-distribute wash load. Very bad experience. I had to spend another over $2000 to buy Samsung replacement for both washer and dryer.

We looked for a long time for a unit like this... reasonably priced with only the features that we needed a simple in its operations. Exactly what we wanted.

I bought this laundry center to replace the same model in my condo that was a good 20 yrs old. I could have repaired the 20yr old appliance, but opted for a newer model due to its age and so that I would have warranty. The purchase from the store was very easy, until it wasn't. And perhaps not the fault of Frigidaire, but I hope they might talk to their vendors about how customer support is handled. The unit did not ship with all the parts I bought with it. I had to go to the store, to be told to call support, who told me to go to the store._x000D_ _x000D_ Finally, that did get resolved and the unit was installed. Upon a test run (very first run), the unit was spilling water out of the drainage line. I called support, who told me to go to the store and buy a part. I went to the store and they called support to open a warranty claim for me._x000D_ _x000D_ I do feel let down by both the vendor for how they handled customer support, and Frigidaire for supplying a unit that needed a warranty call on day 1 of ownership. I am hoping for years of trouble free use, but right now I am disappointed with the whole ordeal.

Renting a brand new condo with these machines._x000D_ Can not even do a normal size load of laundry as it doesn't fill properly. The max fill option is a joke.

HOW DO I GET THE HOT WATER TO WORK? WE HAD A SERVICE TECH OUT TO FIX IT AND HE SAID HE DID BUT ALL WE GET IS COLD WATER. WE TURN THE COLD OFF COMPLETELY AND HAVE THE HOT ON COMPLETELY NOTHING HAPPENS. YOU CAN HEAR IT CALLING FOR THE HOT BUT ALL THE COMES OUT IS COLD. IT DOES NOT DO A GOOD JOB.
