We bought this less than a year ago and the washer could not complete the wash cycles. Electrolux sent in technicians but the issue could not be fixed. They supplied us with a replacement unit for free since it was within warranty. We appreciated their commitment. Just wished the delivery guys had installed the unit. Instead we have to arrange for our own repair technician to do it.

This stacking unit got perfectly in the space I have. It's very easy to use and has a large capacity washing drum. Highly recommend.

Bought this machine to replace my washer and dryer as my laundry room is very small and only has enough space for the washer and dryer side by side bought this now I can have my_x000D_ stand up freezer in the laundry room also! Washes and drys clothes great! So happy we purchased this!

The only issue is that when it’s on full load, the water only goes half of the machine an_x000D_ I am still waiting for a call from the technician

I have been using this for just over a month and so far I am very happy with my purchase. This was a direct replacement for our 10 year plus Frigidaire unit.
