Absolutely disappointed in this set. After many positive reviews I was quite hopeful. What an absolute disappointment. Have had this 4 weeks now, it replaced our 12 year old GE profile set. Where do I even begin. LOUD! Both the washer and dryer are so loud it causes my dogs to bark at it. The pump motor for the washer is very loud but I was told this was normal. Despite being on balance it vibrates and shakes so bad I feel I have to supervise all my washes for fear it's going to blow apart and destroy my laundry room. Absolutely cannot store anything on top of either machine as it will be rattled off. The washer door rattles and it difficult to shut. Service came out to tell us this is normal? Clothes come out the washer full of dog hair and lint. My 12 year old washer was able to tackle this with no problem. Clothes come out of the dryer completely wrinkled. Towels must be washed on the towel setting and not the normal setting or mixed load setting (which still says you can use for towels) otherwise they will remain completely soaked and soapy at the end of the spin cycle. Activewear cycle washes at warm and not cold. I can't even list all the things I hate about this machine. Poor quality and honestly they went backwards in quality and connivence. I miss my old set.

We have owned many brands of top loading washers and they all failed to clean our clothes well. In addition, no matter the price, none lasted more than a few years of running light to average loads weekly. This is our first front-loader and it definitely cleans much better than any of the top loaders we've owned. The cycles are also shorter. As it's new, I can't speak to long-term reliability yet. It certainly doesn't take much to have a repair exceed the cost of replacement, but I'm hopeful that this washer will perform better. It seems to be well made. One initial concern was that there are fewer settings on the dial than I'm used to, but this washer does a good job through the range of settings it has, and I'm pleased with the results.

I have yet to find something this machine cannot clean. I love the control of the wash settings and the adjustments to maximize the clean for so many types of loads. The controls are intuitive, the alert tones aren’t annoying like other machines we’ve owned. I do wish it had Wi-Fi connectivity/ an app so I could know when the wash was done if I’m in another part of the house.
