I bought the washer before reading any reviews because it was the only one in my budget that would fit through the doorway. Then I read Nebraska FM reviews which were comforting. I love the features, efficiency, good looks. It is quiet through the washing and rinsing, but there is a sort of grinding snort which the installer said is normal during cycle changes. It makes me a little nervous being brand new_x000D_ . The sales rep said it is the machine he owns which was also a factor since he would be familiar with all the models he could buy

I like this washer because it fit in the closet, it has a light inside ; it is very quiet and it has plenty of cycles to choose from.

I just received my brand new washer and the first wash was great. Really happy with the purchase. The machine is larger than I expected, especially compared to our previous one - just be mindful of the room you have when installing it. The delivery service was excellent. Really helpful!

I always associated Electrolux with the vacuums my Mom used. I decided on Electrolux when I needed a new washer and dryer. I love them. So easy to use. The most user friendly appliance I think I have ever owned. So quiet. I had front tloading washers and dryers before but these are exceptional. The only thing I would change is the lint filter on the dryer. I don't like cleaning 4 seperate areas.

Our previous Electrolux had a major bearing failure after ten years. The dryer is still excellent, so we wanted a replacement that would be compatible for stacking. The new washer model has the same footprint, but the stacking kit is not quite the same, so this was issue #1. Once installed and tested, we realized that hot water does not run in despite selecting just hot water - issue #2 (water line tested and open). We will have to follow up with a warranty repair and hope that warranty service will be good. On the old model, a particular selection for a wash cycle would remain unchanged the next time a load is washed. The new model, however, resets the spin speed to medium every time (so clothes will come out more damp and take longer to dry in the dryer) - issue #3. The soap dispenser appears larger. It is too easy to overload the detergent, which has resulted in huge amounts of suds (using HE detergent) - issue #4. Finally, to keep the washer clean, I wipe the seal dry after completing a wash cycle. There is a sharp point on the drum sticking out between the metal barrel and the seal that was enough to give me something like a paper cut - issue #5._x000D_ I still like the large capacity and open access to the drum, though the open door sticks out more than the original model. It is very quiet - a huge plus. It has been handling both large and small loads well.
